Our Ambassador to the Czech Republic stresses the importance of his meetings with Czech officials in serving Kuwaiti citizens - Sarmad

(KUNA) – Kuwait’s Ambassador to the Czech Republic, Talal Al-Shatti, emphasized on Saturday the importance of his meetings with Czech officials, which aim to serve Kuwaiti citizens residing in the country, including patients and tourists.

In a statement to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) following his meeting with the mayor of Teplice, Jiri Stábl, Ambassador Al-Shatti said he discussed with the mayor the situation of Kuwaiti citizens receiving treatment in various sanatoriums in the city, including tourists.

He noted that Teplice sees a large influx of Kuwaitis during the summer season, necessitating reassurance for them, continuous monitoring of their conditions, and regular visits in accordance with directives from the political leadership. He explained that he conducted an inspection visit to assess their situation, listen to their feedback, and meet their needs, in addition to meeting with the officials in charge of the sanatoriums.

In this regard, Ambassador Al-Shatti affirmed the embassy’s commitment to following up on citizens’ affairs and providing all necessary consular support, as well as removing any obstacles they may face. He praised the cooperation shown by the local authorities in the city in this regard.
