"The Coalition: 11 civilians, including a child and a woman, injured in a Houthi attack on Najran - Sarmad"

The official spokesperson for the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen, Brigadier General Turki Al-Maliki, announced that 11 civilians were injured in a Houthi attack on the Najran region using indiscriminate projectiles, confirming that the attack constitutes a blatant violation of international humanitarian law.

Al-Maliki clarified that the victims included seven Saudi nationals, among them a woman and a four-year-old child who suffered second-degree burns, as well as a Yemeni resident, two Egyptian residents, and one Pakistani resident, as a result of the Houthi attacks that took place on Thursday.

He stressed that the so-called Houthi terrorist militia targeted civilian objects with indiscriminate projectiles, a behavior that represents a deliberate violation of the rules and customs of international humanitarian law by targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure.

The Coalition spokesperson emphasized that the Joint Forces Command will continue to take the necessary deterrent measures to address these terrorist attacks, ensuring the protection of citizens and safeguarding the security of the targeted areas.
