The Meteorology Department forecast that Friday would see extremely hot weather with northwesterly winds shifting to variable directions, light to moderate in speed at 8–32 km/h, along with some high clouds.

During the night, the weather will be hot to warm, with northwesterly winds light to moderate in speed at 12–35 km/h, and some high clouds will appear.

The Meteorology Department stated that the expected maximum temperature will be 49 degrees Celsius, and the minimum will be 34 degrees Celsius.

It added that during the day, sea conditions will be light to moderate with wave heights of 1–4 feet, and at night, conditions will remain light to moderate with wave heights of 1–4 feet.
