Minister of Development and Sustainability: Reviewing Opportunities to Enhance Partnership with Japan - Sarmad

State Minister for Development and Sustainability Dr. Reem Al-Faleh and Japan’s Ambassador to Kuwait, Kinichiro Mukai, held talks today, Wednesday, on environmental cooperation between the two friendly countries in the fields of sustainability and food security.

Dr. Al-Faleh told KUNA that the meeting reviewed available opportunities to strengthen the partnership and exchange expertise to support efforts aimed at achieving environmental sustainability.

She noted that the meeting also addressed ways to develop cooperation in areas related to agricultural production and food supply chains.

She added that several topics of mutual interest in the environmental field were discussed, contributing to supporting the developmental objectives of both countries.
