Central Agency coordinates with Health Ministry to update data of illegal residents - Sarmad

(KUNA) – The Central Agency for Addressing the Status of Illegal Residents held a coordination meeting today, Tuesday, with the Ministry of Health to discuss mechanisms for organizing and updating data on illegal residents in the ministry’s systems, and to strengthen electronic linkages between the two entities.

In a statement, the Central Agency said that the meeting examined ways to organize and update such data, thereby enhancing their accuracy and coherence across government entities, contributing to the development of electronic procedures, and improving the efficiency of health services provided.

It added that the meeting reviewed means of strengthening electronic linkages and data exchange in line with best practices, supporting the digital transformation journey and helping to expedite the processing of transactions and elevate the quality of government services delivered to beneficiaries.

The meeting was chaired by the Acting Secretary-General of the Agency, Colonel (Legal) Dr. Sharif Al-Kandari, with the attendance of Assistant Secretaries-General and several officials from the Agency. The delegation from the Ministry of Health was led by Assistant Undersecretary for Digital Health Affairs, Engineer Adel Al-Rashidi, with the participation of Manager of the Information Systems Department, Engineer Khaled Al-Azmi, and several specialists from the ministry.
