The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed on Tuesday that diplomatic efforts remain ongoing with all parties involved in the talks between the United States and Iran, as part of initiatives aimed at containing tensions and advancing the negotiation process.

A spokesperson for the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Doha continues its communications with various parties, emphasizing that the primary objective is to reach a diplomatic resolution to the crisis, without providing further details on the nature of the talks or when they might resume.

The Qatari remarks come amid intensified diplomatic moves in the region to de-escalate tensions between Washington and Tehran, following a rise in military tensions over recent months, amid efforts led by Qatar and other regional mediators to bring the two sides back to the negotiating table.
