Trump: Saudi Crown Prince Favors Reaching an Agreement Over Military Option with Iran - Sarmad

US President Donald Trump said that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman prefers dialogue regarding Iran to de-escalate tensions, according to Al Arabiya.

Trump added that Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman warned that attacks could lead to unforeseen consequences.

The US president’s remarks came as he announced two agreements with Iran, one concerning the Strait of Hormuz and the other regarding the dismantling of Iran’s nuclear program.

Earlier, Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman held a phone call with US President Donald Trump, according to the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA), on Sunday morning.

According to the agency, the call discussed developments in the region and their regional and international repercussions at various levels.
