9 Martyred and Others Injured in Israeli Occupation Bombings Across Various Areas of Gaza Strip - Sarmad

The occupation army continued, on Sunday, its violations of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, through a wide-ranging ground escalation that included aerial raids, artillery shelling, and gunfire in various areas, resulting in the martyrdom of nine citizens, including two children, and injuring others.
Local sources told Palestinian media outlets that the raids focused on residential homes and apartments in the south, center, and north of the Strip. Three citizens, including one child, were martyred after an apartment belonging to the Al-Hams family in Mawasi, a town in Al-Qarara northwestern Khan Younis, was shelled.
In the central governorate, helicopter gunships targeted a residential apartment in the Al-Mashael area south of Deir al-Balah, killing the elderly Kamal Abu Maileq (Abu Nabhan) and his wife, and injuring several other citizens.
The raids extended to the city of Gaza, where citizen Mohammed Abdul Abu Ras was martyred after a drone struck Der al-Latin Street in the Old Town, east of the city. Abdullah Adnan Abu Al-Tayf, his wife Abeer Kamal Kazim Anan, and their child Azam were also martyred after an apartment in the Al-Sousi Tower, west of the city, was shelled. The occupation’s violations were not limited to aerial raids; artillery continued to shell the eastern areas of Khan Younis city, and targeted areas northwestern Rafah city in the southern sector.
In Gaza city, several citizens were injured due to artillery shelling that targeted the vicinity of the “Dawla” intersection south of the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood. This occurred simultaneously with the advance of occupation tanks in the area and gunfire directed at displacement tents in the Abu Maroheeh camp, a scene reflecting the continuation of military operations despite the ceasefire agreement being in effect.
The eastern areas of Gaza city also witnessed continuous artillery shelling, coinciding with helicopter gunship raids carried out in the northern part of the city. This underscores the ongoing ground escalation affecting all governorates of the Gaza Strip and confirms the occupation’s continued violations of the agreement by targeting civilians and residential areas.
