Palestine: The attack targeting a building in Kuwait is a blatant violation of its sovereignty - Sarmad

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned on Friday, in the strongest terms, the attack that targeted a building in the sister State of Kuwait, deeming it a blatant violation of Kuwait’s sovereignty, a threat to its security and stability, and an infringement on its territorial integrity, as well as a clear breach of the United Nations Charter and international law.

In a press statement, the ministry affirmed that this attack constitutes a serious escalation threatening security and stability in the region, a direct affront to Kuwait’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and a threat to the security and stability of the Arabian Gulf.

The ministry reiterated Palestine’s full solidarity with Kuwait, including its leadership, government, and people, and affirmed its support for Kuwait in confronting these attacks and backing all legitimate measures taken to protect its sovereignty, security, stability, and the safety of its citizens and residents.

Earlier, the official spokesperson for the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense, Colonel Saud Al-Atwan, announced that the malicious Iranian aggression targeted a building belonging to one of the Chinese companies in northern Kuwait, resulting in the death of one worker and causing severe material damage to the structure.
