Interior Minister Honors Two Officers from the Security Directorates Affairs Sector - Sarmad

The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Youssef Al-Saud Al-Sabah, today on Monday, commended Captain Rakan Al-Otaibi and First Lieutenant Haqqi Khaled Al-Mutairi, from the personnel of the Security Directorates Affairs Sector, in recognition of their dedication, loyalty, and excellence in handling the public.

In a press statement issued by the Ministry of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef praised the two officers for their outstanding professional performance in carrying out their duties, emphasizing that the courteous reception and respectful, responsible treatment of citizens reflect the civilized image of the Ministry of Interior and embody the professional values that the security institution strives to instill across its various sectors.

The statement noted that the ceremony, attended by Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs, Major General Hamad Al-Munifi, is part of the senior leadership’s commitment at the Ministry to support security personnel and motivate high performers in the execution of their duties.
