Ali Jarrah announces termination of his contract with Al-Qadsia and reveals reasons for his departure - Sarmad

Al-Qadsieh goalkeeper Ali Jaragh announced the termination of his contract with the club and his decision not to continue with the football team, confirming that an agreement had been reached with Al-Qadsieh’s management to settle the contract definitively, according to a statement he published via his social media accounts.
Jaragh stated that he extends his gratitude to the fans of Al-Qadsieh for their support and backing since he joined the team. He emphasized that he felt compelled to clarify what he described as the behind-the-scenes events during his tenure with the club, reaffirming his adherence to all instructions issued by the technical and administrative staff, out of respect for the club’s emblem and its supporters.
He added that, in his view, this commitment was not met with the appreciation it deserved, and that he endured numerous administrative interventions and superficial courtesies, which he considered the cause of his exclusion from the national team on several occasions due to what he termed the “personal biases” of a certain official. He stressed that representing one’s country is a dream and an honor for every player.
Jaragh pointed out that several of his financial dues had been delayed for extended periods despite repeated promises. He explained that he was forced to resort to legal measures to claim his financial rights, citing his personal obligations and the resulting fines.
He also mentioned that, after submitting formal claims for his rights, he faced marginalization within the club and pressure from some administrators to withdraw those claims, alongside threats of being excluded from match squads. He added that some players were warned against greeting him due to his pursuit of his contractual rights.
Furthermore, he noted that a lawsuit had been filed against him in Kuwaiti courts in the name of Sheikh Khaled Al-Fahad, demanding the recovery of a financial sum. However, Jaragh asserted that he is actually claiming from the club an amount exceeding that sum. He maintained that such actions do not reflect the character of Sheikh Khaled Al-Fahad, but rather stem from those who have dominated the club’s administrative scene in recent times, according to his statement.
Jaragh concluded his statement by wishing success to his fellow players and indicating that he is currently evaluating the best available offers to prepare for the upcoming season.
