Al-Hawaila discusses with the director of the Applied Sciences University the provision of vocational specialties and national cadres - Sarmad

(KUNA) – Dr. Amthal Al-Hawila, Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Childhood, held discussions with Dr. Hassan Al-Fajam, Director General of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, regarding the ministry’s needs for vocational and technical specializations and qualified national cadres.
In a press release, the Ministry of Social Affairs stated that the meeting addressed the specializations required by the ministry’s sectors and the Public Authority for Affairs of Persons with Disabilities, in line with operational requirements and aimed at enhancing the efficiency of services provided to beneficiaries.
It was clarified that both sides discussed mechanisms for joint coordination to provide the required specializations and prepare cadres capable of meeting the needs of various sectors, thereby serving the public interest and strengthening the efficiency of government work.
The statement quoted Minister Al-Hawila emphasizing the importance of aligning the outcomes of education and training with the labor market needs of entities under the ministry’s purview, and supporting persons with disabilities, thereby contributing to attracting talent and enhancing performance quality and institutional development.
