(KUNA) – The General Authority of Transport in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announced on Friday that the vessel NCC MASA, owned by a Saudi company, was targeted while sailing in the Red Sea, resulting in minor damage to the ship’s hull.
The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) quoted a senior official at the authority as saying that the vessel continued its voyage to its destination after it was confirmed that the ship and all crew members were safe.
He added that the continuation of such attacks constitutes a violation of international laws and norms that ensure the safety of commercial vessels and their crews.
