"Food Authority": 61 kg of unfit-for-human-consumption fish destroyed - Sarmad

The Public Authority for Food and Nutrition, represented by the Al-Reyah Food Inspection Center, conducted an inspection tour of food establishments in the Khaitan area, resulting in the issuance of violations for the sale of food unfit for human consumption and the circulation of adulterated food products, alongside the destruction of 61,230 kilograms of fish deemed unfit for human consumption.

This inspection tour is part of the Authority’s ongoing efforts to strengthen oversight of food establishments, ensure food safety, and protect consumer health.
