Our Ambassador to Korea: Kuwait keen on strengthening bilateral cooperation ties between the two countries - Sarmad

Kuwait’s Ambassador to Korea, Azam Al-Asfour, presented his credentials to President of the Republic of Korea Lee Jae-myung today, Wednesday.
The Kuwaiti Embassy in Seoul stated in a press release that Ambassador Al-Asfour conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and the greetings of His Highness the Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, along with their best wishes for Korea and its people for continued progress and prosperity.
The statement added that President Lee Jae-myung tasked Ambassador Al-Asfour with conveying his greetings to His Highness the Amir and His Highness the Crown Prince, expressing his best wishes for Kuwait and its people for continued progress and prosperity.
The statement conveyed the Korean President’s affirmation of the deep, historic, and distinctive friendship ties between the two friendly countries, and the shared commitment to strengthening and developing these ties in ways that contribute to elevating bilateral cooperation across various fields and achieving the common interests of the two friendly nations.
For his part, Ambassador Al-Asfour emphasized Kuwait’s commitment to enhancing bilateral cooperation relations with Korea and developing areas of joint cooperation in a manner that serves the interests of the two friendly countries.
