Political Leadership Condoles with the Emir of Qatar on the Passing of the Amir al-Walid - Sarmad
His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad, sent a message of condolence to the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad, expressing on his own behalf and on behalf of the Kuwaiti government and people his profound sorrow and deep sympathy, and offering sincere condolences and heartfelt condolences to His Highness, the distinguished ruling family, and the brotherly Qatari people upon the passing of the late, may God have mercy on him, the Father Emir, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa.

His Highness noted that he has lost a dear brother, bound to His Highness by a special relationship characterized by friendship and affection. He added that Kuwait and its people, pained by this loss, will always remember with pride and honor Qatar’s stance and the late Emir’s positions toward Kuwait, and its support for its just causes during the Iraqi occupation. His Highness also praised the comprehensive developmental renaissance and significant progress achieved by Qatar during the late Emir’s blessed reign, which elevated it to the ranks of advanced nations.
He prayed to Almighty God to envelop the Father Emir, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa, in His boundless mercy, forgiveness, and pleasure, and to grant him a spacious place in Paradise among the righteous, the martyrs, and the truthful, and what excellent companions they are. He also prayed that God grant his brother, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad, the distinguished ruling family, and the brotherly Qatari people, beautiful patience and solace in their bereavement.
