Justice Ministry Opens Applications for “Investigation Secretary” Position - Sarmad

The Ministry of Justice announced the opening of applications for the position of Investigation Secretary, starting from tomorrow, Sunday, until the 16th of the current month.

The Ministry posted the job requirements on its account on the “X” platform as follows:

First: Criteria for the position of Investigation Secretary:

- The applicant must be a Kuwaiti national.

- The applicant must have completed at least one year of service in the Ministry of Justice.

- The applicant must have received the most recent performance evaluation with an “Excellent” rating.

- The applicant must not have any disciplinary sanctions on record, unless they have been expunged.

- The employee must not be suspended from duty, referred to the Public Prosecution or the Criminal Court for a felony or a crime involving breach of honor and trust at the time of the announcement, unless the suspension period has ended, the investigation concluded with no liability, or the employee was acquitted before the end of the announcement period.

- The candidate must not have taken a study leave, mission leave, full-time study leave, or any other type of leave exceeding twelve months at the time of the announcement.

- The candidate must complete the mandatory training course for this position at the Kuwait Institute for Judicial and Legal Studies.

- The candidate must hold a university degree or diploma in one of the following specialties:

(Law – Administration – Secretarial – Secretarial and Office Work).

The position will be filled on a secondment basis for a period of no less than one year, with suitability assessed annually. The applicant will only be confirmed in the position after their competence and suitability for the role are verified.

Applicants must be employees of the Criminal Courts Administration or the Office of the Public Prosecutor.
