Russia begins redeploying its experts to Iran's Bushehr nuclear power plant - Sarmad

Russia’s state-owned nuclear energy corporation, Rosatom, announced on Friday that the first six Russian experts had begun their return to Iran’s Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant, while the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) confirmed it was monitoring the situation at the facility.

Alexei Likhachev, the director general of Rosatom, announced that the first six employees of the Russian state nuclear energy company had started returning to Iran’s Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant.

The Interfax news agency quoted IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi as saying, “We are monitoring the situation at Iran’s Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant and are urging all parties to exercise restraint.”
