CNN: Trump administration does not want to involve Israel in strikes against Iran - Sarmad

Two Israeli sources told CNN on Friday that the administration of US President Donald Trump does not want to involve Israel in a military confrontation with Iran, fearing a loss of control over the escalation trajectory, following recent tensions that threatened to undermine a ceasefire agreement.

One of the sources said that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “strongly wants to join the US strikes, but the United States does not want to involve Israel at this time.”
