Zelensky: We have reached a political agreement with the US on the production of Patriot missiles - Sarmad

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that agreements on technical aspects still need to be reached before Ukraine can begin producing missiles for Patriot systems.
The Ukrainian president spoke after meeting with his American counterpart, Donald Trump, on the sidelines of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) summit in Ankara on Thursday.
Trump announced in a press statement, with Zelensky present, on Wednesday that he would allow Kyiv to manufacture missiles for these systems, which are essential for intercepting Russian ballistic missiles targeting Ukraine.
In a voice message responding to journalists’ questions, Zelensky said that Ukraine and the United States had reached a political agreement regarding licenses for the production of Patriot interceptor missiles, but that both sides still had technical details to work out.
