Decree No. 176 of 2026 was issued approving a memorandum of understanding between Kuwait and Tajikistan on the exchange of labor in the private sector.
The memorandum aims to strengthen cooperation ties in the field of labor, facilitate the recruitment of workers, develop the workforce, and emphasize the importance of protecting migrant workers in the private sector in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in both countries.
