Decree No. 173 of 2026 stipulates the revocation of citizenship certificates from four individuals and from anyone who acquired it through their dependency, in accordance with Article 21 bis (a) of the Emir’s Decree Law No. 15 of 1959 on Kuwaiti Citizenship and its amendments. Meanwhile, Decree No. 174 of 2026 stipulates the revocation of Kuwaiti citizenship from two individuals and from anyone who acquired it through their dependency.
