Al-Mulla Group celebrated the conclusion of its summer training program, organized in collaboration with Achieve Kuwait, in a move reflecting the group’s ongoing commitment to investing in Kuwaiti youth, developing their professional capabilities, and preparing them for the requirements of the private sector labor market.

The program, which lasted for a month, was marked by a special event held at the group’s headquarters in Shuwaikh. The event brought together representatives from Al-Mulla Group’s Human Resources Department and the Achieve Kuwait administration to celebrate the program’s completion and acknowledge the joint efforts and fruitful cooperation between the two parties that contributed to its success.

The program provided trainees with the opportunity to gain close insight into the nature of work across various sectors of Al-Mulla Group, including automotive, engineering, industrial, and financial services, as well as other business areas.

Trainees also underwent a comprehensive professional experience that allowed them to observe the group’s operations, engage with the work environment, and explore diverse professional fields and career paths within the private sector.

Commenting on the initiative, Faisal Al-Mutairi, Head of Human Resources at Al-Mulla Group, said: “Our partnership with Achieve Kuwait, spanning more than six years, serves as a model of sustainable cooperation aimed at supporting Kuwaiti youth and enhancing their readiness for the labor market. Through this partnership, we strive to provide genuine opportunities for young people to gain practical experience, develop their professional skills, and understand the nature of work in the private sector, thereby facilitating their transition from education to professional life.”

He added: “It is encouraging to witness the enthusiasm, curiosity, and eagerness to learn demonstrated by this year’s trainees, along with their engagement and commitment throughout the program. We hope this experience has broadened their professional horizons and provided them with a clearer vision of what their future careers may hold.”

On her part, Laila Al-Mutairi, Chief Executive Officer of Achieve Kuwait, stated: “Over the past years, our partnership with Al-Mulla Group has formed a model of fruitful cooperation in supporting youth and strengthening their connection to labor market requirements. Such partnerships are particularly significant in enabling young people to gain a deeper understanding of the work environment, learn its demands, and explore their professional prospects, thereby enhancing their ability to plan for their future with confidence and awareness. We value the ongoing partnership with Al-Mulla Group, built on collaboration and mutual trust, and look forward to continuing our cooperation in ways that empower Kuwaiti youth to achieve their aspirations and actively contribute to the country’s development and progress.”

Al-Mulla Group continues to uphold its commitment to supporting initiatives that help prepare national talent and develop human capital in the State of Kuwait by providing opportunities that enable young people to gain experience, develop skills, and familiarize themselves with the work environment in the private sector. Through its ongoing partnership with Achieve Kuwait, the group continues to play its role in supporting the next generation of Kuwaiti talent and contributing to building a national workforce capable of actively participating in the nation’s development journey.
