During the events of the 2026 Global Jetour Technology Experience Day, the “JETOUR G700 Ark Edition” completed an emergency navigation test at the specialized navigation center of Jetour’s “G” series.
The demonstration showcased the G700 Ark Edition’s capabilities in water navigation, alongside its core technical infrastructure and engineering potential for “GAIA Ark Tech.” The practical test confirmed the amphibious capabilities of a mass-produced commercial vehicle, marking a new step that enhances Jetour’s efforts to explore mobility horizons across various terrains.
The practical tests highlighted “GAIA Ark Tech,” a key component of the all-terrain driving technology system in Jetour’s “G” series.
Designed to handle specialized conditions such as emergency rescue operations, outdoor exploration, and demanding field missions, the technology aims to provide reliable mobility in harsh environments.
By meeting the diverse requirements of off-road driving and water navigation, this technology expands the vehicle’s range beyond traditional terrains, supporting a broader spectrum of travel needs and field operations.
Technically, “GAIA Ark Tech” integrates a suite of systems designed to support controlled movement over water, including: an integrated sealing isolation system to help protect the vehicle from water ingress; a smart navigation stability system to support stability and control during water movement; and a dedicated 800-volt water-crossing system integrated with the “CEM-O” amphibious driving range extension system.
When water navigation mode is activated, the powertrain system redirects energy to the dedicated water-crossing system, enabling the vehicle to move forward and maintain directional control on water. Combined with the “IP68” protection level of key components, these technologies support the transition from traditional water crossing to controlled aquatic movement.
After the test, a representative of European media commented: “Unlike the modified experimental vehicles we usually see in this sector, the (G700 Ark Edition) is a true amphibious vehicle with commercial production specifications. Its stable performance on water, the advanced logic of its systems, and its integrated experience that also preserves its full off-road driving capabilities far exceed the usual expectations in the sector regarding commercially produced vehicles, confirming the technological advancement achieved by (Jetour) in the field of multi-environment mobility.”
The G700 Ark Edition shares the intelligent “GAIA” all-terrain driving architecture with the standard model, relying on the same core technical foundation and adhering to the same quality standards.
Through “GAIA Ark Tech,” the vehicle combines off-road driving capabilities on land, controlled water navigation, and emergency mobility potential, expanding its usability across both terrestrial and aquatic environments.
Practical tests conducted by international media representatives help bridge the gap between technology development and user experience, demonstrating the practical potential of “GAIA Ark Tech” in real-world conditions.
In the future, Jetour’s “G” series will continue to develop all-terrain mobility solutions to meet diverse travel needs and specialized applications, providing reliable mobility for users worldwide.
