During the meeting, Al-Jaber reiterated Kuwait’s strong condemnation and rejection of the terrorist attacks carried out by the Houthi militia against several areas in the sister Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as their attempts to target Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah. Furthermore, he reaffirmed Kuwait’s absolute solidarity with the sister Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its support for all measures taken to safeguard its sovereignty, protect its security and stability, and counter the terrorist attacks launched by the Houthi militia. Both sides emphasized the importance of continuing Kuwaiti-Saudi consultations and coordination across various fronts, and intensifying joint efforts to address current challenges, amid the delicate circumstances the region is undergoing. This is based on shared destiny and common interests, and the two sister countries’ commitment to consolidating the foundations of regional security and stability.
