The Al-Arzooq duo, Adnan Al-Shammari and Mohammed Al-Awadi, surprised all followers of the international tournament with their advanced level of play, which earned them a spot on the podium.
Player Saqr Al-Kandari was close to securing third place but lost the classification match and finished fourth, a commendable result in international tournaments. Meanwhile, Salman Al-Saleh suffered an injury during his quarterfinal match, which prevented him from continuing in the tournament.
