This statement was made by Al-Ruwaid in an interview with KUNA news agency on Sunday, on the sidelines of the launch of the administration’s second annual legal cultural season, which began with a dialogue seminar aimed at highlighting the provisions of Decree-Law No. 78 of 2026 concerning the combating of commercial concealment.
He noted that the Fatwa and Legislation Administration, through this seminar and similar ones scheduled during this cultural season, aims to enhance legal awareness and enable specialists and all concerned segments to fully grasp the regulatory framework established by the law’s provisions, facilitate its implementation, and ensure the alignment of their activities and economic endeavors of all kinds with its requirements.
