Burkan Bank, chaired by its Board of Directors Chairman Sheikh Abdullah Nasser Al-Sabah Al-Sabah, participated in the annual reception hosted by the Kuwait Banks Association on the sidelines of the 2026 Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand.
The event was held under the patronage and in the presence of the Governor of the Central Bank of Kuwait, Bassel Ahmed Al-Haroun; the Minister of Finance, Professor Dr. Yaqoub Al-Sayed Yousef Al-Rafai; and the Kuwaiti Ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand, Dr. Meshal Ahmed Al-Mansour, along with a number of senior officials and banking leaders.
