Al-Mulla Group empowers national talents in the private sector

Al-Mulla Group participated in the “Wazifati” (My Job) employment exhibition for the fifth consecutive year, a move that reflects its ongoing approach to attracting young national talent, strengthening its presence in the labor market, and opening promising professional horizons for Kuwaiti youth.

The exhibition, organized by Zone, a leading event and exhibition organizer in Kuwait, in partnership with the Public Authority for Manpower and the Public Authority for Youth and Sports, was held at The Arena – 360 Complex and concluded on Saturday. It brought together a select group of private sector institutions with the aim of connecting job seekers with employers and raising awareness of the professional opportunities available across various sectors.

The Group’s participation featured representatives from its eight business sectors, who showcased the Group’s activities and the diversity of its fields of work, and engaged directly with exhibition visitors and job seekers. This interaction helped introduce the career paths available within the Group’s companies and highlighted job requirements in terms of qualifications, experience, and skills, thereby assisting Kuwaiti youth in exploring opportunities that align with their academic backgrounds and career aspirations.
