The Chairman of the Public Authority for Civil Aviation, Sheikh Hamoud Mubarak Al-Hamoud Al-Sabah, held talks today, Tuesday, with the Chargé d’Affaires ad interim of the United States Embassy in Kuwait, Stephen Battle, regarding the continuity of operations at Kuwait International Airport following recent disruptions.
The Authority stated in a statement to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the meeting included praise for the measures taken to ensure the continuity of operations at Kuwait International Airport, as well as discussions on several topics of mutual interest in the civil aviation sector.
It added that the meeting comes within the framework of enhancing cooperation and exchanging views between the two sides in the field of air transport.
