The Public Authority for Housing Welfare organized an introductory workshop titled “Adaa: A Project for Excellence and Professionalism,” in collaboration with the Public Authority for Combating Corruption (Nazaha). The event was attended by the acting director of the Authority, Rashid Al-Anzi, and several senior officials from the Authority. Dr. Hussein Al-Sabbagha, the Awareness and Education Supervisor at Nazaha, delivered the keynote presentation.
Dr. Al-Sabbagha outlined the key aspects of the Code of Conduct for Public Employees, emphasizing its importance in entrenching professional values and strengthening adherence to regulatory frameworks and professional behaviors. These efforts contribute to developing the work environment and enhancing institutional performance efficiency.
The Authority, in cooperation with Nazaha, met the monthly requirements for the Bronze Phase of the Adaa project. This was achieved by distributing a survey to measure employees’ awareness of the Code of Conduct, alongside launching several awareness campaigns on the concept of professional conduct. Additionally, the Authority prepared internal training courses for the 2026–2027 training season, targeting executive and supervisory staff. Registration for these courses is conducted through the electronic documentary course system within the personnel affairs platform.
The Authority reaffirmed its commitment to developing its employees’ capacities and enhancing awareness of the principles of professional conduct, thereby supporting the entrenchment of integrity and professionalism and elevating institutional performance. These efforts are aimed at fulfilling all necessary requirements to successfully pass the Bronze Phase, with the institution aspiring to excel in this phase and advance to the Silver Phase next year.
