The Independent Petroleum Group, “Al-Bitruliya,” reported its preliminary, unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, which were reviewed during the company’s board of directors meeting today, Monday.
In a statement, the company said its management announced the completion of the preliminary financial results for the third quarter, with net profit expected to reach approximately 3.902 million Kuwaiti dinars, equivalent to about 21.6 fils per share, compared to a net profit of 2.012 million dinars in the same period in 2025, equivalent to 11.13 fils per share.
The statement added that the company will announce the final financial results for the third quarter through the Kuwait Stock Exchange, following the completion of the audit by the external auditor, which is expected to be finalized in the coming three weeks.
