Legitimacy Support Alliance: Intercepts and destroys drone in Eastern Province

The official spokesperson for the coalition forces, the “Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen,” Brigadier General Turki Al-Maliki, announced on Sunday the interception and destruction of a drone in the Eastern Region.

This came in a brief statement by the coalition’s spokesperson via his official account on the X social media platform, without providing further details.

Earlier, Al-Maliki announced that Terminal 4 at King Khalid International Airport in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, had been targeted by an attack involving an unidentified projectile, and that a cruise missile was intercepted in the vicinity of the airport. He clarified that the attack on the passenger terminal resulted in a fire, and that the site is currently being assessed by the relevant authorities.
