Traffic Department: Suspect arrested for reckless driving in Saad Al-Abdullah area, vehicle impounded

The General Directorate of Traffic, represented by the Security Control Department, arrested a suspect in the Saad Al-Abdullah area for reckless and dangerous driving that resulted in damage to state property.

The Ministry of Interior stated that the arrest followed a complaint submitted via the dedicated traffic complaints number on WhatsApp, accompanied by a video recording documenting the incident. A patrol from the Security Control Department was immediately dispatched to the site, where the vehicle and its driver were apprehended near the location. An inspection of the scene confirmed that the vehicle had caused damage to state property while its driver was engaging in reckless behavior.

The ministry added that any observed traffic violations can be reported by sending a video clip to the dedicated traffic complaints number (99324092) via WhatsApp, which helps expedite the handling of violations and the apprehension of offenders.
