"Industry Authority" Halts Transactions for Incomplete Establishments for December Survey

The Public Authority for Industry has called on industrial facility owners to complete the 2026 field survey form via its website, during the period from September 27 to December 31 next year, warning that transactions for facilities that fail to complete the form within the specified deadline will be suspended.

The Authority for Industry clarified on its website that completing the form enables the inclusion of facilities in the Industrial Directory, which is linked to the provisions of Article 87 of Cabinet Council Decree No. 94 of 2026 concerning public tenders. This article obliges foreign or local contractors to purchase at least 30% of the products listed in the Directory issued by the Authority.
