Teenager kills man by stabbing in Polish school

Warsaw – AFP – A 15-year-old teenager fatally stabbed his former school’s security guard in Poland and injured two other adults, a day after a similar knife attack left nine people wounded at a Polish high school, police announced.

Police arrested the boy following the attack, which took place at an elementary school in the small town of Lichcidol-Nowiny, located about 70 kilometers northeast of Warsaw, a police spokesperson told AFP.

Warsaw regional police spokesperson Katarzyna Kucharska said, “The security guard was the first person assaulted by the former student.”
