Al-Jahdali: Kuwaiti factories' participation in 'Made in the Gulf' forum highlights quality and competitiveness of national products
The Director General of the Public Authority for Industry, Shamlan Hamoud Al-Jahdali, praised the participation of 14 Kuwaiti factories in the side exhibition of the “Made in the Gulf” Forum held in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
During his attendance at the ceremony honoring these factories, Al-Jahdali emphasized the importance of such participation in highlighting the quality and competitiveness of national products, strengthening their presence in Gulf markets, and opening new avenues for cooperation and partnerships between the industrial sectors of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
The forum honored three Kuwaiti factories among the distinguished Gulf factories: Equate Petrochemical Company, Kuwait Insulating Materials Company (KIMCO), and Kuwait Foods Company (Americana). The Secretary-General of the GCC, Jassem Al-Budaiwi, and Bahrain’s Minister of Industry and Commerce, honored representatives of the Kuwaiti factories in recognition of their contributions and role in supporting and developing the industrial sector.
