Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Khaled Al-Ajmi, resigns for 'special reasons'

Deputy Minister of Social Affairs Dr. Khaled Amer Al-Ajmi has submitted his resignation from his post, citing “special considerations and circumstances” as the reason for his resignation, and emphasizing his commitment that “the resignation, just like his assumption of the position, is a decision governed by the public interest and respect for the requirements of the stage.”

In his resignation letter, Al-Ajmi expressed his pride in the trust bestowed upon him by the political leadership, “regarding it as a national honor and a precious responsibility,” and conveyed his appreciation “for the confidence the political leadership placed in this appointment and for the opportunity it afforded me to fulfill my duty in serving Kuwait and its people.”

He stressed that “serving the country is not linked to holding a position, and that national responsibility does not end with the conclusion of one’s appointment; rather, it remains a constant value upheld by officials wherever they are, and that loyalty to the country, the leadership, and public service remains the most important hallmark of every stage of the nation’s journey.”
