The Supreme Purchasing Committee of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and its subsidiaries approved awarding the public tender for the construction of the new 20-inch crude oil transmission pipeline “Ratqa–Burgan” and the replacement of a 30-kilometer section of the “CR-058” pipeline, with a maximum value of 9 million dinars.
After reviewing the letter from Kuwait Oil Company and discussing the request, the committee approved by majority vote to award the tender through the Central Tenders Committee to the company offering the lowest price.
The committee also approved awarding the tender for maintenance and electrical modification works for the residential buildings and social centers affiliated with Kuwait Oil Company in Ahmadi, with a maximum value of 3.578 million dinars.
