Mohammed Al-Gharib, Director of Public Relations and Media at the General Fire Force, confirmed that the General Fire Force has opened registration for the “Protectors of Tomorrow” camp, which targets youth aged 9 to 12. The camp aims to instill a culture of safety and prevention, introduce participants to the duties of firefighters, and foster a sense of responsibility and discipline among them.

In a special statement to “Al-Rai,” Al-Gharib said the camp includes a practical training program and field visits, allowing participants to closely observe the nature of firefighters’ work, alongside a series of activities that combine training and awareness in an educational environment suitable for their age group.

He clarified that registration is open to the target group from October 19 to November 25, 2026. Camp activities will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

He noted that seats are limited and registration will continue until the quota is filled, urging parents interested in enrolling their children to register promptly via the QR code included in the announcement or by contacting 92231448.

Al-Gharib emphasized that “Protectors of Tomorrow” is part of the General Fire Force’s efforts to enhance preventive awareness among children and prepare a generation more aware of safety requirements and capable of responding appropriately to emergencies. He added that the program focuses on learning through practice and direct experience, making safety concepts more firmly ingrained in participants.
