The Public Authority for Industry issued a package of decisions that included the closure of five industrial plots, four of which are located in Shuwaikh Industrial Area (Zones 2 and 3), along with one plot in the East Al-Ahmadi area.
The Authority confirmed in separate decisions published in the Official Gazette that these plots were closed for several reasons, including encroachment on state property, the plot being closed with no ongoing activity, and conducting commercial operations under an expired license.
It emphasized that failure to comply will result in stricter measures against violators in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
