In the context of enhancing digital transformation and developing the government work system, the Civil Service Bureau emphasized that all government entities must continue to implement automated integration with the Integrated Civil Service Systems. This ensures the accuracy of attendance, departure, and presence data, supports the implementation of the rules, regulations, and controls governing official work, and facilitates the use of electronic administrative services.

The Civil Service Bureau informed government entities linked to the Integrated Civil Service Systems and covered by the Civil Service Council’s decisions regarding the rules, regulations, and controls of official work, of the necessity to fully comply with the continued automated integration with these systems, particularly concerning attendance, departure, and presence fingerprinting, as well as the implementation of the rules and controls governing official work, in accordance with the Civil Service Council’s decisions issued in this regard.

The Bureau clarified that maintaining automated integration allows government entities to fully utilize the administrative services provided through the Civil Service Bureau’s mobile application and website, primarily including the submission of various types of leave requests, vacation applications, and assignments outside the workplace, while discontinuing the use of paper forms related to these services.

It further noted that addressing any issues with automated integration aims to ensure the accuracy of attendance, departure, and presence fingerprinting data for government employees, and to correctly reflect the resulting implications, particularly those related to employee performance evaluations and the outcomes derived from such evaluations.
