Al-Rai Revives 65-Year Story of Friendship and Liberation with US Chargé d'Affaires

In a visit imbued with deep meanings of friendship and the historic partnership between Kuwait and the United States, the U.S. Chargé d’Affaires to Kuwait, Stephen Butler, was a guest at Al-Rai newspaper on Thursday morning.
