Al-Yousef Meets Qatari Ambassador: Our Relations Are Fraternal and Historic

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousuf affirmed the deep fraternal and historical ties between Kuwait and Qatar, noting their ongoing development across various fields, and expressed his wishes for Qatar and its brotherly people to continue their progress and prosperity.

The Ministry of Interior stated in a statement on Wednesday evening that Al-Yousuf received, on Wednesday, Ali bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud, Qatar’s Ambassador to Kuwait, and Jasim Yousif Al-Abd al-Jader, First Secretary and Deputy Ambassador.

The meeting discussed several issues of mutual interest and reviewed areas of cooperation and coordination between the two brotherly countries, as well as ways to enhance them in the interest of their shared objectives.

The Qatari Ambassador expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Deputy Prime Minister for the warm reception, praising the deep fraternal relations between Qatar and Kuwait, and wishing Kuwait and its people continued security, progress, and prosperity.
