Rubio: UK Air Base Incident Bears 'Foreign Actor' Fingerprint

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Monday that a plot suspected of targeting a bombing near a British air base used by the United States bore the fingerprints of a “foreign actor.”

Rubio, in an interview with Fox News, said, “It is clear that there are fingerprints of a foreign actor,” adding that he would not go into further details.
