The Commercial Bank distinguishes Premier clients with an exclusive offer at TEN Spa
Kuwait Commercial Bank has launched an exclusive offer tailored for its Premier personal banking customers, in collaboration with TEN Spa, which has seen strong customer engagement as clients take advantage of the benefits during the promotional period. The offer allows Premier customers to enjoy a complimentary relaxation and wellness experience at TEN Spa. Registration and redemption were made easy through the Peacock Concierge service, enabling customers to select their preferred location and time, and to enjoy the experience with ease and flexibility.
In a statement, the bank noted that the initiative coincides with the return to work after the summer holidays, offering Premier customers the opportunity to enjoy a distinctive experience that combines relaxation and self-care. This reflects the bank’s commitment to providing exclusive benefits and experiences that go beyond traditional banking services, aligning with its customers’ lifestyles and diverse needs.
Premier services are part of the personal banking offerings provided by Kuwait Commercial Bank. Customers automatically qualify for membership by transferring a monthly salary of KD 1,700 or more to the bank, or by maintaining total deposits of KD 50,000 or more, including fixed deposits. Premier customers benefit from a range of exclusive banking services and privileges, alongside personalized banking services delivered by specialized staff in dedicated lounges and offices.
The statement added that, as part of its effort to expand Premier benefits to include customers’ families, the bank offers a Family Personal Banking package. This allows customers to share personal banking privileges with their spouse or an adult child aged 21 or above, thereby enhancing the concept of family banking and providing a more integrated banking experience.
To join the family package, family members must be first-degree relatives of the primary customer, be at least 21 years old, and be employed in the public sector, the oil industry, or in one of the companies listed among the bank’s approved employers. Additionally, their salary must be transferred to the bank and must not be less than KD 750 per month.
The “Return to Work After Summer Holidays” offer, along with the Family Personal Banking package, is part of Kuwait Commercial Bank’s ongoing strategy to enhance the banking experience for Premier customers and add value for them and their families.
