Turki Al Sheikh announces the launch of 'Riyadh Season 2026' on October 21

In an announcement eagerly awaited by audiences worldwide, Turki bin Abdulmohsen Al Sheikh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority (GEA), announced the launch of Riyadh Season 2026 on Wednesday, October 21.

The announcement came via a teaser video showcasing the highlights of an exceptional season spanning ten weeks, filled with distinctive events and experiences, bringing the world together once again in the heart of the Saudi capital.

The video, broadcast on the official X account of His Excellency the Advisor, featured glimpses of anticipated experiences, ranging from boxing and wrestling matches and UFC tournaments to the “Six Kings Slam” tennis championship, which attracts tennis fans from around the globe. It also included scenes of concerts and comedy theater performances, alongside experiences tailored for children and families.

The seventh edition of “Riyadh Season” features “Boulevard World,” one of the most popular areas, serving as a destination where the world’s cultures, places, and experiences converge. “Boulevard City” returns with a refreshed concept, featuring “Wonder Garden,” the amusement park that takes on a new theme each year.

The video also highlighted “The Groves” and “The Farmers Market,” as well as the “I Am Arab” exhibition held in the “Via Riyadh” area, along with other events.

The video concluded with a welcome to all visitors to Riyadh, whether they come in search of competitive excitement, a passion for discovery, or a night that leads them to unexpected experiences at “Riyadh Season” under its slogan “Big Time.”
