Specialized Training for Ministers' Office Directors

In line with efforts to develop administrative human resources and enhance the efficiency of government operations, the Public Service Authority continues its initiatives to elevate the skills of staff in administrative positions and keep pace with recent developments in management practices and work tools.

In this context, the Authority is preparing to launch a specialized training program for Ministers’ Office Directors, focusing on management, follow-up, and communication.

The program also includes a specialized component dedicated to familiarizing participants with the latest artificial intelligence applications and tools, as well as exploring ways to leverage and benefit from them in the workplace, thereby keeping up with rapid technological advancements and supporting the development of administrative performance methods.

In another development, and as part of efforts to improve the efficiency of employees in government entities, the Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) has developed training programs and specialized workshops in its area of expertise. These are targeted at public sector employees in supervisory, executive, and experienced roles, as part of its training season.
