Applied Sciences University and Human Development: Initiatives and Programs to Empower Youth

Dr. Hassan Al-Fajam, Director General of the Authority, affirmed during the meeting between the two parties on Thursday the Authority’s commitment to strengthening its community role, in line with its educational and training mission. He highlighted the importance of building effective partnerships with civil society institutions and exchanging expertise to support human and community development and implement high-quality initiatives that serve society.

Al-Fajam discussed with the association’s delegation the possibility of collaborating on initiatives and programs aimed at human development, empowering youth, and enhancing skills and capabilities, as well as promoting a culture of corporate social responsibility and volunteerism. He also emphasized leveraging the Authority’s academic and training expertise and resources to support initiatives with significant community impact.

For his part, Khalifa Al-Ghanim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Human Building Association, praised the role played by the Applied Sciences Higher Education Authority in education, training, and community service. Al-Ghanim expressed the association’s desire to enhance cooperation and open new avenues for partnership in areas of mutual interest.
