"Traffic": For Safe Driving... Adhere to These Guidelines

Under the slogan “Together for smoother traffic flow, safer driving, and better traffic conditions,” the General Traffic Department, through its Traffic Awareness Section, called on drivers to adhere to a set of recommended steps to avoid traffic congestion and facilitate the flow of traffic.

In its awareness message via its official account on the X platform, the Traffic Department outlined the steps that must be followed, including:

3. Avoid improper driving behaviors: do not use the shoulder of the road, avoid sudden lane changes at exits, and give priority to vehicles coming from the main road.
